1985

Creations Cindy Ann has been a family-run business since its inception. In 1985, Creations Cindy Ann was founded by three members of the Aziz family; Omar, Robert, and Randy, as well as Michel Zakaib.

The company moves to its current location on rue Antonio-Barbeau in Montreal, occupying 40,000 square feet of space. Creations Cindy Ann produces underwear, sleepwear, and daywear domestically with 65 sewers in-house, in conjunction with importing overseas from China.

1990

1993

Michel Zakaib's son, Eric Zakaib, joins the company.

Creations Cindy Ann begins sourcing product out of Bangladesh, in addition to China. In 1995, Creations Cindy Ann produces their first thong.

1995

1997

Creations Cindy Ann expands its business and begins selling in the US market. The following year, its showroom opens in New York.

Omar has since passed and Michel and Robert have retired. The company proceeds to be run by Randy and Eric. Creations Cindy Ann continues to grow and to foster strong relationships with its partners and customers.

2016

2021

Creations Cindy Ann continues to thrive into the third generation as Laura Aziz, Randy's daughter and Omar's granddaughter, joins the company.
